It has a full flexing but strong action and will throw a lot of line! Perfect varnish and great ferrule fit and the rod is straight as a pin. Varnished shafts boast tan guide wraps and the female ferrule is wrapped to the welt in typical Winston fashion. Two stripping guides, the lower one being an agate. Bamboo front cork check.
